Xuzhou car plate automatic welding project

Project introduction: This project is a multi-station collaborative assembly line operation integrating loading and unloading, conveying and welding. It adopts 6 Eston welding robots, 1 truss and 1 palletizing robot, and conveying line with welding tooling and positioning sensing mechanism to realize the flow of workparts between welding stations
Project difficulties: tooling is equipped with JP-650 model welding parts, large size, many components, diverse profiles, need to match the speed chain, check and return, positioning mechanism to achieve stable production of fast beat
