The case I want to share with you today is the axle welding workstation project. The customer is Shaanxi Hande Bridge Co., Ltd. This project adopts the method of welding robot dual-machine linkage of external shaft to improve the welding efficiency, with the initial detection system, arc tracking system, multi-layer and multi-channel functions. Due to the poor assembly accuracy of the workpiece, the problem can be effectively solved with the initial detection system and the arc tracking system. In the tooling part of the middle, the repeated positioning accuracy of the upper and lower materials is high, which provides favorable conditions for the subsequent welding.
